2012 Suzy Favor Female Athlete of the Year Nominee - Michigan's Felice Mueller

Felice Mueller is Michigan's nominee for the Suzy Favor Female Athlete of the Year award.

Through Monday, the Big Ten will highlight each of the 24 student-athletes nominated for the conference’s Jesse Owens Male and Suzy Favor Female Athlete of the Year Awards. Award winners are voted on by a pre-selected media panel and will be announced live on BTN’s season-ending awards show on Monday at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Felice Mueller – Michigan – Rowing
Mueller helped lead Michigan to one of the best seasons in program history, winning the Big Ten title and a runner-up finish at the NCAA Rowing Championships. The senior was recognized with several individual accolades for her performance this season, including first-team All-America and first-team All-Central Region from the Collegiate Rowing Coaches of America. She earned first-team All-Big Ten honors and was named the 2012 Big Ten Athlete of the Year following the conference championships. Click HERE for more information on Felice.
