Offensive Player of the Week

Maya Hayes, Penn State

  • Notched eight points on four goals over the weekend in Penn State’s wins over Michigan State (3-1) and Michigan (4-0), clinching the Nittany Lions’ 14th straight Big Ten Championship
  • Leads the NCAA is goals (25) and points (57) this season
  • Scored twice against Michigan State, Michigan and has scored two goals in four of her last five games
  • Earns her fourth weekly award of the season and of her career

  • Tallied seven saves over the weekend in Illinois’ wins over Northwestern (3-0) and Nebraska (3-1)
  • Had gone 547 minutes without allowing a goal until Nebraska’s score on Sunday
  • Currently tied for first in shutouts (4), second in goals-against average (0.67) and fifth in save percentage (.794) in Big Ten play
  • Earns her second weekly award of the season and of her career

  • Posted five saves against the Boilermakers in a 5-1 win
  • Earns her second weekly award of the season and the sixth of her career

  • Assisted on two goals against Indiana before scoring Minnesota’s lone goal against Purdue
  • Her four-point weekend moved her into sixth all-time in Golden Gopher history for points by a freshman with 23
  • Earns the second weekly award of her career
