Offensive Player of the Week

Katy Lindenmuth, Wisconsin
JR, MF/F, Geneva, Ill./Geneva
Lindenmuth collects Offensive Player of the Week after tallying five points to help the Badgers to two wins last week.  The junior dished out an assist in a 2-0 victory at UW-Milwaukee on Thursday and followed up with a two-goal performance as Wisconsin defeated UW-Green Bay, 5-1.  Lindenmuth currently ranks second on the team with seven goals and 21 points.

Defensive Player of the Week

Maureen Carey, Purdue
SR, GK, Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton
Carey earns her first-ever Defensive Player of the Week award after earning two shutouts over the weekend.  The senior goalkeeper recorded her first career complete game shutout in a critical match against Indiana, making six saves.  The 1-0 win over the Hoosiers secured the Boilermakers a spot in this year's Tournament.  Against Indiana State, Carey made several clutch plays without having to make a save as she split time in net for the 2-0 win.
