Offensive Player of the Week

Tiffany Weimer, Penn State

Weimer earns Offensive Player of the Week for the sixth time this season as she contributed nine points to a 2-0 week.  The junior forward netted two goals while adding three assists against No. 19 Maryland, 6-0, and scored the game-winner in overtime as the Nittany Lions downed Navy, 1-0. 

Defensive Player of the Week

Erin McLeod, Penn State
JR, GK, Vancouver, B.C./Western
McLeod collects her second defensive award this season after recording two shutouts last week, including her seventh against a top 25 team when she made four saves against No. 19 Maryland, 6-0.  Against Navy, she registered one save in just over 69 minutes of play.  The junior goalkeeper entered last week with the nation's best goals against average, and saw her season number drop again this week to 0.19 goals per game.
