Penn State earned a share of its 13th consecutive Big Ten title after winning a double-overtime thriller against Michigan on Sunday afternoon. Ali Schaefer scored the lone goal of the contest with 17 seconds remaining in the second overtime period to give the Nittany Lions the win and a share of the conference title. Penn State closed out its Big Ten schedule with an 8-2-0 record.

Ohio State secured a share of the championship and the conference's automatic berth to the NCAA Championship with a 1-0 win over Michigan State on Friday night.
