Co-Players of the Week
Jamee Juarez, Ohio State
SO, UT, La Puente, Calif./Wilson
Juarez hit .700 (7-for-10) with two RBI to lead the Buckeyes to a third-place finish at the Florida Atlantic Classic last weekend. She also pitched, tallying a 0.78 ERA, while striking out 18 batters in 18 innings of work. Juarez had at least one hit in each of the Buckeyes' five games, including a 4-for-5 effort in the final three games.

DaQueta Johnson, Purdue
SO, OF, Ontario, Calif./Don Lugo
Johnson led the team with a .463 batting average, posting eight RBI, three runs and two home runs. She went 3-for-4 in the team's shutout win over Mississippi Valley, including a double off the wall. Johnson led Purdue's comeback effort against No. 5 UL-Lafayette with her second career grand slam on Sunday to earn All-Tournament honors. Johnson picks up her second career Player of the Week accolade as she was also honored last season on Feb. 24, 2004.

Pitcher of the Week
Lorilyn Wilson, Michigan
SO, P, Salem, Ore./Sprague

Wilson went 2-0 this past weekend with a 0.60 ERA to earn FAU Classic MVP honors while leading the Wolverines to the tournament title. She struck out 19 batters in just 11.2 innings of work while holding opponents to a batting average of .091. Wilson matched a career-best with 12 strikeouts in a 2-0 win over N.C. State, while allowing just two hits. She then earned a complete-game victory in the championship game, tossing 5.0 innings and striking out seven. Wilson earns her first weekly accolade.
