• Hit .917 in Ohio State’s three-game sweep of Michigan State over the weekend, combining for an OPS of 2.167
• Was 11-for-12 during the three-game set, going a perfect 4-for-4 from the plate in Games 2 and 3 of the series
• Drove in eight runs, including a career-high six RBI in the opening game of the series, and scored three more on the weekend
• Wins her first career conference accolade

Co-Pitcher of the Week
Melanie Nichols, Ohio State
So., P, San Jacinto, Calif./San Jacinto
• Earned two wins and a save last week in three appearances, finishing with a spotless ERA
• Earned the win in a midweek tilt against Wright State, striking out three against just five hits
• Pitched a complete-game against the Spartans in Game 2 of the set, before coming on in relief for a three-inning save in the finale, combining for just six hits in eight innings of work against MSU
• Wins her first weekly honor

Co-Pitcher and Co-Freshman of the Week
Lexy Moore, Purdue

• Surrendered just one earned run in 14.0 innings, an 0.50 ERA, and issued just one walk in earning two victories over Penn State this weekend
• In Game 1, went the distance against the Nittany Lions, allowing just one run and striking out three
• In the series finale, she surrendered just two hits over seven innings of work to clinch her third victory of the week, following a midweek triumph over Valparaiso
• Wins her first Pitcher of the Week and first Freshman of the Week honor

• Drove in six runs on the strength of two home runs and two doubles to help Minnesota to a series win over Nebraska
• Scored at least two runs in each game of the series, while driving in three each in Games 1 and 2 against the Huskers
• Recorded four hits in the series opener, finishing with a .500 batting average on the week for an OPS of 1.758
• Takes home her third weekly award of the season
