Diver of the Week

Christina Loukas, Indiana
Sr., Riverwoods, Ill. / Deerfield

Loukas earns her ninth all-time Big Ten Diver of the Week award, more than any other performer in conference history.  She racked up two gold-medal performances this past weekend at a home quad meet featuring Illinois, Michigan and Tennessee.  Off the one-meter board, the senior captured the title by more than 21 points, recording a total of 322.60.  From the three-meter, the 2008 Olympian led a 1-2-3 IU sweep of the event, posting a mark of 354.85.  Both dive totals qualify her for the NCAA Zone Diving meet in March.
