  • Posted first-place finishes in all three of her events at the Ohio State Winter Invite last weekend
  • Finished first in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.38), 200-yard individual medley (2:06.43) and 400-yard individual medley (4:25.84)
  • All three of her times were season bests
  • Earns the first weekly award of her career
  • Last Purdue Swimmer of the Week: Carly Mercer (Nov. 20, 2012)

Diver of the Week
Maggie Keefer, Minnesota
Jr. – Stillwater, Minn. – Stillwater    

  • Placed first in the three-meter (380.50) and second in the platform (273.85) diving events at the Minnesota Challenge last weekend
  • Both scores were NCAA Zone Diving qualifying marks
  • Her score on the three-meter was a career best
  • Earns the ninth weekly award of her career and fourth of the season
  • Last Minnesota Diver of the Week: Jessica Ramberg (Feb. 5, 2013)

Freshman of the Week
Marina Spadoni, Minnesota
Foothill Ranch, Calif. – Mission Viejo 

  • Posted five first-place finishes, two second-place efforts and a fourth-place finish at the Minnesota Challenge last weekend
  • Finished first in the 100-yard freestyle (50.87), 200-yard freestyle relay (1:33.53), 400-yard freestyle relay (3:28.50), 200-yard medley relay (1:44.62) and 400-yard medley relay (3:50.63), second in the 50-yard freestyle (23.49) and 100-yard backstroke (56.97) and fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (57.23)
  • Her times in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke were personal bests
  • Earns the first weekly award of her career
  • Last Minnesota Freshman of the Week: Kierra Smith (Feb. 5, 2013)
