Athlete of the Year Nominee Spotlight - Indiana

Through Tuesday, the Big Ten will highlight the nominees for the conference's Athlete of the Year awards. Award winners are voted on by a pre-selected media panel and will be announced on Wednesday, June 24.

Tevin Coleman -- Indiana -- Football

A third round draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons, Coleman became the program's third unanimous consensus All-American in 2014, joining Anthony Thompson - 1989 and Vaughn Dunbar - 1991. He finished seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting, the best placing by a Hoosier since Antwaan Randle El's sixth-place showing in 2001. Click HERE for more information on Tevin.

Jessica Parratto -- Indiana -- Swimming & Diving

As a redshirt freshman, Parratto won the 2015 NCAA Championship in platform diving with a score of 367.00, nearly 30 points ahead of the runner-up. She won the Big Ten title on the platform with a Big Ten-record score of 424.45, earning first-team All-Big Ten honors. Click HERE for more information on Jessica.
