Maddalena has been named Swimmer of the Week after helping Wisconsin record its first victory of the season. The freshman claimed two first-place finishes of her own in the 500-yard freestyle (5:00.88) and 1000 free (10:10.70), as the Badgers knocked off instate rival UW-Green Bay, 218.5-78.5.

Diver of the Week

Jenny Hawkins, Wisconsin
FR, Eden Prairie, Minn./Eden Prairie
Hawkins earns Diver of the Week accolades after diving her way to a pair of first-place finishes against UW-Green Bay. The Eden Prairie, Minn. native, posted a score of 212.33 on the one-meter board and 237.30 on the three-meter board, leading all Badger divers in the dual meet.
