The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released its NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving rankings with Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, Penn State, Purdue and Wisconsin earning spots among the top 25.
Michigan claimed the No. 8 spot on the ballot. The Wolverines’ swimmers will compete in the Orange Bowl Classic in Key Largo, Fla. on Jan. 3, while the divers are set to travel to Coral Springs, Fla. for the Grapner Diving Invitational on Jan. 4.
Minnesota earned the No. 12 spot this week. The Gophers will travel to Hawaii on Jan. 10.
Indiana came in at No. 15. The Hoosiers’ divers will compete in the USA Diving National Championships Dec. 16-Dec. 21.
Penn State claimed the No. 17 position on this week’s poll. The Nittany Lions will challenge Rutgers and Yale on Jan. 16.
Purdue came in at No. 19. The Boilermakers’ divers will travel to Columbus, Ohio for the USA Diving National Championships.
Wisconsin earned the No. 22 spot this week. The Badgers are set to compete at USC on Jan. 10.
