Iowa's Tuchscherer and Michigan State's Rusch tabbed Swimmer of the Week, Michigan State's Menzies named Diver of the Week and Freshman of the Week

  • Recorded first-place finishes in the 100-yard butterfly (54.77) and 200-yard butterfly (2:01.17), which are personal collegiate bests
  • Her 100- and 200-yard butterfly times both rank second in school history
  • Earns the first weekly award of her career

Jenny Rusch, Michigan State
Jr. – Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich. – Grosse Pointe North

  • Recorded first-place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle (24.09) and 400-yard freestyle relay (3:33.78) against Ball State
  • Placed third in the 100-yard freestyle (53.44) and 200-yard medley relay (1:48.33)
  • Holds the top times for the Spartans in both the 50- and 100-yard freestyle this season
  • Earns the first weekly award of her career
