Goulet earned Athlete of the Week honors after her performances this past weekend, which included helping Illinois to a win in its Big Ten opener. The 36th-ranked player and sophomore Emily Wang topped the Boilermakers' Lara Burgarello and Alyssa Rodriguez, 8-1, at No. 1 doubles, before besting Purdue's 76th-ranked Hala Sufi in singles, 6-2, 6-4. Goulet improved her season singles mark to 19-5 and the tandem's doubles record to 19-7 with the victories.
