Lui won eight matches last week to help No. 1 Northwestern to four consecutive team wins.  During each dual, Lui teamed with Georgia Rose at No. 1 Doubles to win all four of their matches against the top duos of Texas, Baylor, Purdue and Illinois.  Individually, the Houston, Texas, native was a perfect 4-0 for the week at No. 4 Singles.  Against the Longhorns, Lui won in straight sets over Caroline Larssen, 6-4, 6-3.  In her second match of the week against Baylor's Jana Bielikova, Lui notched another win, 6-4, 7-5.  In Big Ten action against the Boilermakers, the sophomore won her third match of the week over Joanna Craven, 6-0, 7-6.  To round out the weekend, Lui finished strong with another convincing win in straight sets over Shivani Dave, 6-2, 6-4.  This is Lui's second career weekly laurel.
