Women's Track Athlete of the Week
LaNeisha Waller, Illinois

Waller brought home first-place honors in the 100-meter hurdles posting an NCAA Regional qualifying time of 13.45. The senior also qualified in the 400-meter relay running the second leg and guiding the quartet to a time of 45.57. In the field, Waller posted a long jump of 19-11.50 (6.08), also sending her to regionals. The Cedar Rapids Iowa, native picks up her first career weekly accolade.

Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Meagan Halliwill, Michigan State
Sr., Charlotte, Mich. / Charlotte
In her first outdoor competition of the season, Halliwill launched the hammer throw a distance of 178-10 (54.54) to claim the event at the Raleigh Relays. The senior's mark exceeded the regional qualifying standard of 54.15 meters. Halliwill is honored with her first career weekly laurel.
