Big Ten Looks to Secure NCAA Bids on Second Day of Outdoor Preliminaries

The second day of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Preliminaries is underway. Seventeen Big Ten student-athletes qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships after the first day of preliminaries on Thursday, while multiple student-athletes moved on to the quarterfinals in their respective events. The East Preliminary is held in Greensboro, N.C., and the West Preliminary is in Austin, Texas.
