The first day of the 2008 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships have concluded with many Big Ten student-athletes advancing to the next round of competition. Action begins again on Thursday at 10:45 a.m. CT with the men's decathlon. CBS's College Sports Network will air coverage of the event on Friday from 7-10 p.m. CT. For the third consecutive year, CBS will broadcast the meet's final competitions, airing live footage from 3-5 p.m. CT on Saturday.
