Washington tabbed AVCA National Player of the Week

ROSEMONT, Ill. - Penn State’s senior middle blocker Haleigh Washington was named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division I National Player of the Week, announced by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).

This is the 11th time in program history a student-athlete has garnered Sports Imports/AVCA Player of the Week honors, and the first since September 20, 2014 when Micha Hancock took home the award.
