Sophomore setter Alisha Glass was named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division I National Player of the Week, the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced on Monday. The award is the second of Glass' career, as she was also honored on Sept. 11, 2006. Glass' award also marks the second time this season that a Nittany Lion has been named National Player of the Week, as Megan Hodge earned the honor on Sept. 10.
