Down two games to none to 12th-seed Tennessee (32-3 overall), the fifth-seeded Ohio State (30-3) women's volleyball team rallied to win the final three games for a 3-2 (29-31, 27-30, 30-16, 30-26, 15-12) victory in the NCAA Championship Regional Semifinals in the Sports Pavilion on the University of Minnesota campus. It took five games but the 22nd-ranked and 14th-seeded Wisconsin volleyball team upset second-ranked and third-seeded Hawai'i in the NCAA Regional semifinals at the Resch Center. The Badgers edged the Rainbow Wahine, 31-29, 30-23, 22-30, 28-30, 21-19 to advance to their first regional final since 2000.
