- Pushed the Wildcats to first place in the six-team field
- Was the only runner in a field of more than 80 competitors to record a time below 18 minutes
- Picks up the first weekly honor of her career

Caitlin Lane, Penn State
Sr. – Greenwich, N.Y. – Greenwich
- Took first place in the Lock Haven Dolan Duals 4,000-meter race, crossing the tape in 13:26 to lead the Nittany Lions to a first-place finish
- Finished 35 seconds before the rest of the field
- Broke her own course record, previously set in 2009
- Earns the fourth weekly award of her career
