Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
Nicole Edwards, Michigan

Edwards took first place in the Detroit Titan Invitational in the 5000-meter race by 16 seconds while leading the Wolverines to the team title. The senior clocked in with a time of 17:19 to set a new course and meet record, beating the previous mark by nine seconds. This is Edwards’ first career weekly honor.

Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week
Taylor Williams, Ohio State
Fr., Sycamore, Ohio / Sycamore
Williams finished the 8,000-meter course with a time of 26:09 seconds to take fourth place in the Great American Legends Race in West Lafayette, Ind. over the weekend. The Sycamore, Ohio, native paced the Buckeyes to a second-place team finish. This is Williams’ first career weekly award.
