Webster placed first at the Indiana Open with a 5,000-meter time of 17:14, 26 seconds before the second-place runner. The Michigan junior bested a field of 60, which included 42 Big Ten competitors. Webster earned her first career victory and has now finished in the top eight in five of her last eight races, which includes a seventh-place finish at the 2005 Big Ten Championships.
