Loomis took first place at the EMU Classic last weekend, where she posted her career-best 5K time of 17:51.4. The Michigan senior, who took more than 12 seconds off her previous best time of 18:04 set at the Notre Dame Invitational in late September, paced the Wolverines for the first time this season.
This is the first career Runner of the Week award for Loomis.
